This event will be held at the K1 Apartments, located in Downtown San Diego, where the venue provides stunning city views to enhance the overall experience.
What to Expect
An immersive 90-minute experience that focuses on relaxation, self-connection and the enriching blend of restorative yoga and sound healing! We will guide you through 60 minutes of gentle poses tailored for comfort and support, followed by 30 minutes of tranquil sounds from crystal bowls and other instruments.
Whether you come solo or with a friend, we encourage you to stay after and enjoy complimentary wine and non-alcoholic beverages to unwind, rejuvenate and connect with others.
